You're killing me here. With Sam's first recitation of:

“Shh…it’s okay….let me help, Dean. Let me take care of it.”

and Dean's acknowledgement that:

He couldn’t give it…but if his father wanted it…if his father took it…

Ouch.

I know! Sam just wants to take care of Dean, show him how much he loves him...and has no idea what it's doing to Dean...

Oh, Sam! I becoming more and more incoherent as I read each part. I'm so conflicted by the Sam/Dean interactions because while they appear consensual they still happen in an atmosphere where John and Dean interact sexually. So how much of what Sam wants is truly his own and then there's Dean's side of the equation that makes me want to take him home and just hug him till it doesn't hurt any more. Guh! has become my middle name.

Ok, it's still a lot sad but the idea that Sam actually wants this makes the situation a little better.

This is so heartbreaking and hot and messed up. Just the obligation and the need and the way Dean knows he shouldn't want or enjoy what he's getting, and the way in which the cycle is continuing with Sam wanting to 'take care' of Dean. I love it! Onto the next part.
