Aww, Verofluff. I'm sorry you seem to be feeling so low. I don't know where to find the Lost and Found of one's own soul; I wish I did because it would make things a lot easier, wouldn't it? I hope you do find it, though, and I'll be keeping you in my thoughts and prayers.
