Hello dear friends,
How are you all doing? I'm sort of busy, working 15 to 18 hours a week and doing a full-time study with laws. I'm now in my second year at Leiden; so that means that one year (after this one) and I'll have my bachelor if all goes fine.
On the other hand on the 5th of December 2006 I wrote that I loved Criminology and yesterday I got a notice that I got in (..at Rotterdam, 30 minutes by train) away. Note that there's only 110 people [b]in total[/b] allowed a year, so that's amazing (consider 16,5 million people live in my country). However I study in Leiden.
And now I'm sort of thorn at what to do -- follow a carreer in Criminology or finish Laws. Laws give you bigger opportunities as far as [b]jobs[/b] go whereas Criminology is something I've dreamt of doing. At the other side, I'm also 22 years already and I don't want to end up as a "student" for my entire life; ..there comes a time to move out and get a good job and a home of my own if you get what I mean.
So on this belated note, I'm still alive (and sometimes reading LJ daily) and thorn at the same time.
