;; happy times??

I don’t often update my journal, at all lately. Though I’m planning to change that and make a habit since I do read everybody’s LJ on a day-to-day base. With this old username, who knows, perhaps I’m going to move to another LJ!

I want to start off with two role play notes. At first; CONGRATULATIONS HOUKIE! Being 22 must rock your socks. Err, I hope I’m not posting this a day too late, if so, screw these blasted time zones. The second note is for Cori/Mulberrytea, she made me a lovely picture for Rayen Saqui who I play at the WWS. It reminds me that I need to doodle her something too, although it would look pale in comparison. Either way, watch ‘lo ..and admire!

As for today, the strangest thing happened. Two weeks ago, I left an application at the court house of my city. Only one of the 20 available in my countries. Lawyers and Judges walk there in and out. They were looking for administrative people who could handle the entire paper work around the bunch. I left my application, but note that; I’m young, inexperienced, interested but lacking the right degrees or anything. Note that, studying per September full-time doesn’t increase my chances either.

But, instead of getting a rejection I got an invite for a more personal conversation/intake [??] This is with three people, all very serious and official. I thought, or think I am going to get a heart attack, seeing as ..with all the things working against me, why would they consider me a “possible candidate” for the job? Either way I hope to get free because the conversation is already taking place at 29 of May, 9.30. Yeah, I should be working then. :/

It is still impossible for me to believe and I expect little different than a “NO”, it’s strange, itching and making me nervous too. Three people, one is head of the human resources, one is head of the department and the other is a fellow colleague. And what am I? Just an interested, yet inexperienced young girl of 20. [But nearly 21 too!] It simply isn’t a summer holiday job either, and when I go to the university I’d only be available for two days. I think I can say goodbye to this one. Still I’m going, perhaps just for the experience. Still if it does come true, it would be the PERFECT experience for an upcoming laws student. Expectations; None, or to be turned down.

On another note. I think I enjoy flirting lately, not in a romantical way, mind you. But just laugh at other people’s comment, be more open and social ..and happy instead of being the closed shy book I normally am. It’s strange, considering I’m open up and that the feeling is new to me. So far I was always more neutral, expecting something bad to happen if you’d be happy all the time. You know, that reality gets you to the ground on a more, painful way. That is how I experienced most of my life, causing me to be ..distrustful and closed, difficult to approached not depressed or unfriendly, mind you >>; I like the change, but it scares me also. Perhaps it’s just a phase.

Still so far I can say life is good. I’m thankful for all the things (friends, family) that I have opposed to whining (for example) about the things I don’t have. I’m definitely more open to boys too, if they show interest too. Still, after having seen immature behavior from a 22 year old, I was reminded again how childish they can be :/

As a reminder, 2004, has been my worst year. I was, back then, at war with my offline and online world. And online I also, almost lost a very good friend online back then, Sarah.
