Opportunity...knocks?
So I'm going to have an interview this morning with Best Buy, after I wake up. Applied and had two interview with Target today...I would have had the job if i wanted, but, the pay wasn't quite what I want. Rather, I don't think it was enough to live off of, better than what I've got now. If it was, I'd have said yes right away. But either way. Talked to the hiring lady at best buy, filled out the app. And perhaps I'll have some cooler news to report tomorrow afternoon. Unfortunately, they only have part time jobs open in the geek squad at the moment, but if I get hired in anywhere else, I'll have a better shot to get that job if a spot opens. No requirements either, just home grown computer skillz. Happy times.
I think, if I get the job, I'll walk into walgreens the next time I work. If my manager isnt in the office, I'll call her in there. Hopefully she'll be sitting in the chair right next to the desk/counter... I'll just walk in, sit right down on the counter in front of her. and drop my new schedule in front of her, (we'll say starting a week from now...).
"Here you go Miss Maruffo. If you can re-work my schedule around these days, then good for you. If not, then I guess this is my last week." :)
