As typical with CR memes, more of a particular symbol shows stronger feelings of that sort. Each 'emotion' has a maximum limit of 5 - At L5 Dislike, chances are you are a lifelong vendetta, at 5 Romance, chances are you're already snogging, that sort of thing.

Yuuka and Yukari have an odd dynamic. It's pretty obvious that they knew each other at least passingly before arriving at Luceti, and while the two youkai agree on incredibly few things, they do have some shared interests. Tea, flowers, solitude. Yukari currently sees Yuuka as a distant rival, someone to be taught and guided... but with a subtle, unnoticed touch.

I wonder if I could convince him to become a shikigami.
Adell hit all the right mental pings in Yukari right off the bat. He knew of Gensokyo, had extensive knowledge of the realm thanks to a former living arrangement with the denizens of the Scarlet Devil Mansion, and, much like a proper Gensokyo resident, was far from human himself. Yukari suspects that 'demon' in his world is synonymous with 'youkai' in her own, given the lack of oni-like attributes, and she intends on taking full advantage of his friendly demeanor and experience in Luceti to help her settle in.

At the moment, Touma is merely a brief, passing acquaintance. She hardly knows him, but he looks like he'll be fun to tease in the future.
