First, Nashville, briefly. Then a drive to Kentucky. No camera. This was kinda dull and uneventful, but busy.
Then, Vegas. Extremely busy. Was supposed to get out on Lake Mead, but the guy who's boat I was supposed to be out on had to call off to talk to a realtor since he's trying to unload his house (Yeah, good luck with that), so I wound up just driving twisties in a Pontiac G6, which turned out to be a surprisingly fun time.
Got out to the dam for a bit, where my notion that American architecture peaked with art deco was only reinforced.
Came back to Philly about a month earlier than expected, worked for three days, and then took off for the beach.
There was some rain and I didn't actually even step foot on the beach this year, but a good time was had by most.
Monday, it's back down to Kentucky. Then probably Alabama again. I'm at the point where I want about three weeks just to sit around and not travel.
