Better and better

Yesterday morning I ended up going back to sleep around 8 and woke up again at 11. It was GREAT. Of course this means I didn't sleep in the afternoon and was at my best all day.

I started working on the interview, and actually I did nothing but transcribe it, which I know for some people might look like an awful loss of time, but for me, and my chaotic mind, having everything clear before starting writing is absolutely essential. It's the same when I write an article at EN (or any other article, for that matter, but EN ones are the simplest): while some colleagues start writing at once, I need to go through all the wires before. Except if, for example, while I'm reading the wires that perfect lead pops out of my mind, and I have to write it down before it pops back in. What is funny is that I often finish my script before the ones who started writing before me.

Well. In short, I ended my day satisfied, and it was the second day in a row. I think I haven't been feeling like that for months. It's a very good feeling. I hope it lasts.

So, for today I'm planning to write down the article in the morning, and start working on the video podcast in the afternoon. Of course, there are thousands of other things I have to do, but I no longer feel that sense of anxiety I often feel when I'm doing something I HAVE to do and think "hell! I haven't done that yet, and that, and that, and that...", which actually distracts me from the present task, so I don't even do that one as well or quickly as I should.

sleep, work
