Just found it in my mailbox (which, incidentally, means anything else I have been waiting for for months must be stuck in some parallel universe, not the mail service's fault).
Starts great: "To all the terrorists who are now revered elder statesmen".
Ends even better: "This is a bad book. The people who have written it are bad folk. The editor is a bad person. If you buy it, you are bad too. There is only good and bad in the world" (Ian McDonald).
I hope all that is in the middle is just as good - I mean, as bad ;-). But the idea itself is worth the price.
