just to make things worse
It's been snowing all night. We got up for work, looked outside, and decided to take the day off. The buses aren't going, anyway, and the council is advising people to stay at home. Snow's covering the bumps and holes in the roads and many of the hill roads are outright closed. The power grid was already dodgy and people have houses where walls are being propped up, and snow is heavy.
Sister scooped all the snow off the rabbit's pen during the night and then I did it again this morning. I shut them inside the hutch after dinner, and they're currently snuggling up inside the sleeping box (Holly hasn't been upstairs in a while but I guess when he doesn't have a lawn to run around on, lol) and later on I might put some hay around them in there and possibly the towel out of the carrier.
I have this vague nagging sick feeling wondering how bad this might be for people. Little hard to get excited.
