I'm in Palmy. They have rain and cooler temperatures despite being further north - we decided it was because Chch was generating extra heat through friction.
The dogs have mostly calmed down but still stare soulfully at us through the door and whimper like we're hurting them DEEPLY for not letting them in to investigate the new people.
