The Best Place Evar
We have decided to volunteer at the Richmond Animal Protection Society.
It's this huge place with hundreds of kitties.
Most of the kitties are feral ones they have trapped or kitties that the SPCA has decided are unadoptable.
They do adopt out kitties but they mostly just look after them, keep the place clean and give them lovings.
They refuse to adopt out the adult ferals and other special case kitties, their criteria for being an adopter is pretty strict.
I shoveled poops, washed dishes, swept and mop but mostly talked to and petted kitties all morning.
Tis goodness.
