Agh. So, I guess UPS couldn't find my house address yesterday, so my Star Trek Blu-ray discs didn't come until this afternoon. Luckily, my mom picked it up from Target yesterday, because my aunt told her to. Mom said that there were two Blu-ray versions left when she was at Target. So she bought them both. Bwahaha! Our apologies. On top of that, she picked up a regular DVD version of Star Trek for Christmas gift. So, yeah, that does indeed mean that I currently have four copies of Star Trek. That's right, I have three Blu-ray copies, but no Blu-ray player. And yet I feel no shame. But don't call me crazy just yet. Tonight, I'm going to go to Best Buy to buy a PS3. HELL FREAKING YES!
Luckily, the Blu-ray version comes with a digital copy, so I put that on this computer and I hooked up the computer to the TV. You know, there are only two topics that I can talk to my dad about in a civilized manner: computers and television. I watched Star Trek with my mom and dad while we ate dinner. My dad gained some respect from me when I found out that my dad knows what external inertial dampeners are and why Sulu left them on. And my mom said that McCoy is her favorite. ♥
