That Boy Took My Love Away
This is probably really old news, but, uh, Sean Lennon. I never thought to look at anything that went on post-John Lennon. I haven't even listened to Yoko Ono's hot new single that she seems to be pretty proud of. But I heard this Rufus Wainwright cover of "This Boy" (MP3) and I was in for a surprise. I like Rufus Wainwright and his covers are always very good. But when I heard the other guy's solo, I thought, "Whoa. Who is this guy? He's amazing." Sean Lennon sounds a lot like his father. It makes me miss John Lennon a lot. And at the same time, it makes me feel excited. That's all I really wanted to say. I'm working on a picspam that I'll be done with sooner or later.
