this is a sacred, ass-free zone
a series of unrelated drabbles that i was surprisingly sober while writing

Notes: I took drabble requests a few days ago. I've written about half of them; basically, the ones I had immediate ideas for. I will continue to work on the others, but I really need to start my fic for aificathon, so it might be a while before the ( Read more... )

Love these! I'm trying to decide which one is my favorite but it's so difficult because they are all very different.

The pickles one is hilarious. I absolutely thought that Kris would promise some very kinky sex and then it turns out to be shopping... it's just amazing =)

The one with the photo is also great. And hot! I loved this line:

And it's not some weird Katy Rule, either, because she doesn't care what they do as long as Kris doesn't care what she does (they discovered a long time ago that Don't Ask Don't Tell turns out to be a great policy when it involves long-distances relationships, especially when no valuable Arabic linguists are being fired in the process).

PROJECT RUNWAY! Sorry I'm just so excited that it's back. (What did you think about the first ep?)
Kris is being stupid, Tim Gunn is the greatest ever! xD

And your Brad is awesome, as always.

He's actually kind of pretentious and full of his own unique snowflakiness and the importance of his art, but at least he knows it and he never pretends otherwise.

That's probably kind of true, haha, but I still love him ;)

Or maybe Dick Cheney would be better; we could simulate him getting shot in the face for once. We'll call it 'Whittington's Revenge.'"

I love the political references you do. There is just so much sillyness in politics that you can make fun of. (I'm in love with "The daily show")

The last one is beautiful, bb! ♥

For the first time in his life, maybe, and he's pretty sure that this is what love feels like. Then Adam leans down and presses their lips together, a soft slide that lasts forever and ever, just breathing each other in with their eyes wide open, and maybe Brad can't actually read Adam's thoughts, but he's pretty sure it doesn't matter, because this is, after all, some Neil Gaimen destiny bullshit, and everything will be exactly the way it's meant to be.

Ahhh! Thank you!! I just watched Project Runway like 2 hours ago and I LOVED IT. So many interesting people this year. I think it's going to be good. I am unspoiled, too, even though I know it was filmed a long time ago. EEEE!

Brad is *totally* pretentious. But at least he's not one of those people who are so unimpressed by everything. I hate those people!

One of my friends has an icon that says, "You should be taken out back and shot in the face by Dick Cheney" and that is like... the funniest thing I can think of. It's funny EVERY TIME I read it.

I think this season of Project Runway will be very good. I'm also unspoiled so I look forward to everything, I hope I can keep it that way. I thought the judges decision in the first ep was good, the person that went home deserved to go. Sorry, I'm being very vague, but I don't want to spoil anyone who hasn't seen it yet.
Did you watch Models of the Runway (or whatever it was called) too? I thought it was fun to see a little more behind the scenes what it's like for the models. But I also think Americas Next Top Model and Make Me a Supermodel is entertaining.

Brad is pretentious in a... fun way I guess I would call it. I never get the feeling that he thinks he's above everyone else or, like you said, that nothing impresses him.

That icon sounds amazing. The fact that Dick Cheney, the vice president, shot someone in the face (that survived) while he was quail hunting will never stop being funny. I remember when I first heard about it and I was like "only in America could that happen", lol. I'll now go and watch the Daily Show clip about that, it's always nice to have good laugh before I go to bed. University starts again tomorrow...

Good Night! (Even though it's probably only afternoon or early evening where you are)

I didn't watch the models thing yet. I need to download that and the all-star challenge still. But yeah, I agree with your assessment of the first episode and who went home.

I can totally think Dick Cheney is funny now that he's not running my country anymore. thank god!
