Wow, for my first JuC story reading in a long time, that was fabulous! I love that characterization of JC, the flippy, confused, easy one, and you made it work so nicely in the context of what all's happening to them today. Really, really nice! Thank you!

Oh jeez, this was awesome. JuC isn't really my thing, but I love your JC in this. Because, like, most other fics have JC being really boring and new-age and stuff, but you wrote him all snarky and funny, which I like.

"Nah," Chris tells the DJ, "I'm not Lance's type. Lance likes good-looking guys."

This totally sounds like something Chris would say to the hundreds of DJs who want to believe that everyone was secretly boning Lance. Did I miss a Chris interview?

He's like, the most retarded person JC can even think of, and JC knows Nick Carter, so that's pretty damned retarded.

You missed a Chris interview :P Yes, he really said that! It was pretty much the best response to "did Lance ever hit on you?" I've ever heard. JC needs to take Chris with him on interviews, I think it would help :P

Oh your humor is fantabulous! There were many a funny favorite, but this one really had me LOL
"Joey," JC says, trying not to sniffle too much because he doesn't want Joey super worried, just worried enough to give JC some attention and maybe say nice things about his hair. "Since when does Chris have new guys?"

"Wait, what? Is Chris gay now, too? No one tells me these things. I'm always just walking in and woops! There's the gay. It's not fair, okay? You guys need to just tell me when you're gay."

Hee thank you! Poor Joey. The idea that he actually walked in on Lance with "a male date" never fails to amuse me :P

Oh, I love and adore your cracked-out humor, mostly because you build it on top of something that feels real, so that it's not just that JC found a magical amulet, but that Justin misses JC and JC doesn't really have to remember to know he loves Justin.

Also, major bonus points for growing out the hair!

This was really interesting. I don't tihnk I've read anything like it before. And I absolutely LOVE the "no-shrimp world" and how Chris "looks like a pirate" Hilarious!

The ending is sad adn beautiful at the same time. I really want JC to remember but everything seems okay and he and Justin love each other and *sigh* it really is wonderful

Awww thank you! I did kind of steal the idea from Buffy so I can't really claim credit (it's sort of a combination of 'Tabula Rasa' and 'The Wish') but it's nice to be thought of as original :)
