In the kitchen with Ph8
So, I’m ALL about the baking today…
Tonight I tried a new chicken curry recipe: yummy, but next time I’ll up the heat but use a lighter hand with the cardamom)
Then I toasted some home-made muesli: never tried it before, hopefully it will be yummy - certainly there are heaps of good things in there so I’m feeling optimistic.
And THEN I decided to try my hand at scones: I’ve never baked scones before, and it felt like about time I learned :) They’re in the oven now and are rising well. Fingers and toes crossed that they’re light and fluffy!
