We had a short roadtrip today up to Fullerton. It was cool.
Lots of drivers on the 5 go really fast, we were going 85 (too slow for them I guess...) and they'd all line up behind us in the fast-lane. Then I'd drop down a lane, and give them the opportunity to pass us, but at the same time speed up, so it was impossible to pass, and return to their lane. "That was your chance to pass, sorry." It was pretty funny, the whole 2 hour drive there. We found some old school sunglasses with the flip-up lenses, and looked at people with them, then flipped down the shades, cool-like. When we got there we got a box of mdonuts from the local donutry. "When in doubt get a chocolate twisty." CSU Fullerton's parking lots and driveways are organized very much like a go-cart track at disneyland, and therefore you should use them accordingly. And we got 3rd place in the JPL Invention challenge, qualifying for the big one.
I dont have any cool pictures, better luck next time.
..And that sign with the pedestrian on a crosswalk and the letters "X", "I", "N", "G", is pronounced "zing", and then you drive fast by it.
