Hm... I think the answer to the last question, may just be that she idolized the princess. From the stories that Artemis probably told her, she probably got the idea that she would be all-powerful in some sorts. And I guess Usagi wasn't living up to expectations lol.

To be fair, I'm not sure anyone could live up to the expectations people had for the princess. XD

Then again... what the princess turned out to be...
