Well, this sucks.
This isn't my day. First I hear that my school year is a week longer then expected. (And this came AFTER the two weeks that, according to some teachers I asked, already were supposed to not happen.... yeah, my school's awesome like that)
And I just got the advice to drop a level. Wouldn't be so bad, if this level wasn't what I needed for my ultimate But hey, I can live with it. My mentor already said that, were I to finish the other level, I could try again.
So, called my mother up to give the news.... explained the whole deal. Her answer?
'So why exactly are you so down for sinking a level?'
....
Uhm, yeah, mom, love you and all, but I really don't have to explain why SINKING A LEVEL in school where I won't be able to study FOR MY CHOSEN CAREER got me a little depressed. Not to mention the whole blow to the ego thing. It's already so fragile as it is.

And it will be a week longer before the holidays.... thank God I didn't have to explain how THAT got me down....
Lessee.... good news, good news.... oh, yeah. The coolest doll this year is, until August, pretty much Europe Exclusive. The non-availability whining, it suddenly got so much funnier for me.
Oooh, and I won a Father's Day Contest! Now I'll see one of my O.C.s being gender-bent!
