Following this situation is kind of fascinating, in a sad sort of way. The funniest (or OMG die in a fire, take your pick) moments for me are when people suggest that comedians are poor, delicate little flowers who just HAVE to respond this way when they're heckled. There have been a few really good responses to THAT malarkey in comments, but not a lot in blog posts themselves, unfortunately.
