ok... so that last post didnt' actually have anything to do with my life as promised. So this one does:
I'm in Detroit right now, away from my new-ish girlfriend and missing her far too much. Detroit sucks, trade conferences suck, and detroit sucks. At least the weather is good.
Seriously, is Detroit ever a hurtin' excuse for a city. We spent 5 hours walking around downtown, and found NOTHING to do. A couple of photos, my first ever white castle slider, and that was it. Laaaame. At least I got to eat some official Red Wings at the Hockeytown bar.
