I think we don't see him being competent often enough.I mean, there must be a reason he's sheriff of Area Five and the only sheriff who survived the takeover.

Yes, I will update. It's not been up very highly on my list of priorities for a while, sorry, but another chapter is almost done. I'm just in the middle of finishing my studies, so I don't allow myself any creative writing at the moment.
