Amazon has always been amazing to deal with no matter the situation. I have never had a frustrating phone call and/or chat with them in all the years I've used them.

B&N? I try my hardest to never use them. Yes, I have a first edition nook that I use on a daily basis, but most things are it are .pdf files or .epub that I have personally created for my own use. (Basically, it holds my fanfic.) I still have a few dollars left on a gift card my sister gave me two years ago for Christmas. Still haven't finished using it up because I just stopped shopping with them.

I have a few free books and a few books I've purchased years ago but honestly? All e-books purchased recently, I started purchasing from Amazon. I have a Kindle Fire, but I don't use it that often, I still prefer e-ink and have decided that when it comes time to let this nook die in peace that I will purchase a kindle that supports e-ink from Amazon. (LCD screens give me migraines after a while, so it's why I loved the e-ink and never got into using the Kindle Fire for reading purposes.)
