Ebook reader update

I want to thank everyone who gave me information on the Kindle. I've been doing extensive research over the last few weeks on both the Kindle and the Nook. I really like both devices.

I have decided that I am going to go with the Nook. I already have close to 1100 ebooks and numerous folders full of fan fiction in pdf format on my computer. I buy anywhere between 5 to 15 ebooks a month, plus if I find a piece of fanfiction I enjoy and it is completed, I convert it into a pdf file and save it in a fanfiction folder on my computer.

It wouldn't take me long to fill up the kindle. I also really am not looking forward to having to convert files into mobi format so I can use them on the Kindle. With the Nook, I can insert a micro SD card, which would allow me to store up to 17,000 ebooks on it. It also reads pdf files without having to convert them. It seems to be a little bit more expensive than the Kindle, but for my needs and my buying habits probably the better deal for me.
