i had a lot of things i wanted to write in here.
you know, from my travels across the country.
ive forgotten most of them.

i drove 4400 miles. over a period of six days.
not really that ridiculous.
but 3600 of that was over three and a half days.
that was the ridiculous part.

the mojave isn't as exciting the second time you go through it.
even though it is still kind of interesting.
sunrise in arizona is nice.
driving at night is terrible.
seeing mount shasta was the best part of the whole thing.
that first sign that you're coming back into the northwest.
i would have liked to see rainier or st helens, but there were clouds on my drive in.

it was much more interesting, the things i thought about on the ride.
that's really all i had to do the entire time.

im pretty much fully settled in here in east bremerton now.
i like my apartment. it's out of the way enough.
and i have way more room than i used to.
i can't believe all this shit used to fit into my old place.

a few organizational tasks to complete, and then it will be done.
that's not too bad.
