Work...no work...work agian.
So I showed up to work today, grabbed my paperwork and headed to my room. I saw there for a while playing Bejeweled on my phone. Then I'm informed that the work request wasn't cancelled and rescheduled for next week.
Ugh... thankfully there was something open in the afternoon, so I'll go back in a few hours for at leats half a day's pay. I'll actualy only be doing about an hour's worth of work and getting paid for 4 so that's nto bad.
*sigh* Annoying..yes but it could have been worse I guess. :-)
Today in El Paso: Spring has SPRUNG!! And if you know spring in El Paso, you know it's not a good thing. Wind, dust, dust, wind, dust, and of course...brown rain.
My sister's coming into town this weekend to surprise my dad for his birthday. My folks have no clue. I'm picking her and her friend up at the airport Thursday, then I'm picking up my friends and meeting my sister at a restaurant for dinner. Yay!
I'm hoping to go up to visit her once she moves into her new place and gets settled in with work. I'm debating if I wanna go to Baltimore in the summer though...may just wait 'til football season instead :-P
