DInner.
Dinner tonight was marvelous, I made practically everything, and it all tasted fantastic. Since I had today and yesterday off I had the chance to make some Ciabatta, which I finished baking this afternoon. I went to the store to get the fixins for some onion soup, which I used my ciabatta, some fresh garlic, and gruyere to top with, complemented with a salad with croutons from, guess what, the same loaf of ciabatta.... delish. I was very proud how everything came together.
