psychic = con artistmasterofsexnsinAugust 14 2009, 04:15:33 UTC
Speaking purely of myself, I admit to having a very high emotional intelligence, elevated empathic ability, and a keen sense to tune into scents, body language, and another's engergy. I am also narcissistic with marked anti-social behavior. With that said, some would classify me as having psychic abilities. Some would classify this same description as a small-time con artist.
I will tell you honestly, I am guilty of claiming to be both as they mean the same thing to me. Every day I make a conscious choice not to rip someone off or invite some petty crime dealings into my world. It is no accident that I LOVE sales. It is no coincidence that I avoid being in real estate, cars (big ticket items), or financial services. I know my price tags for my morals and ethics. They are always for sale and I have upon occasion sold them.
Have I felt bad for taking advantage of those that don't educate themselves in the sales process? Not a bit.
What sickens me are people that think they can get something for nothing - called a victim or the victimizer.
That somehow you can magically cheat the system. You can't. I know.
Karma. It catches up with you. You can take THAT wisdom to the bank of life.
