Scots Church is putting on a concert to raise money to assist those who have suffered in the recent bushfires.
The concert is free, however a donation, large or small is requested and all proceeds will go to the victims of the bushfires.
The Choir of Scots' Church Melbourne
with
Organist: Rhys Boak
Conductor: Douglas Lawrence
Soloists: Deborah Kayser & Steven Hodgson
Trumpet: David Farrands
Date: Sunday 22 February 2009
Time: 15:00 - 16:00
Location: Scots' Church, Cnr Russell St and Collins St, Melbourne.
Not sure yet exactly what we are singing, but it is guaranteed to be beautiful. It will definitely involve the premiere of Steven Hodgson's 'Lamentations', and Ralph Vaughan William's 'Lord, thou hast been our refuge'. Please come and help us do our little bit for the bushfire appeal.
