Graphing software - help?
I would like to be able to plot means and confidence intervals, on a scale of my choice, without bars coming up to the means or lines connecting them. Anyone know of some easy to use and preferably free software which does this? And the graphs then have to be easily importable into MS Word. (Please don't tell me I should be writing my thesis in LaTeX - I can't even figure out how to open the box where you type the text. I need noob-friendly intuitive software!)
ETA: Excel almost does what I want, if I use the 'stock' chart type. It would be nice to be able to format colours & markers for each point separately, but at this stage I do not care...
