HOORAY for sleeping on floors and shooting cans with bb guns til 5 in the morning.
HOORAY for making 12 bucks stretch to fuckin infinity.
SORRY to work for disappearing randomly.
the fest was fucking incredible. here are the bands i was sober enough to remember seeing: dillinger 4, avail, american cheeseburger, cross examination, the riot before, the max levine ensemble, mike hale, defiance ohio, we vs. the shark, pegasuses xl, the swellers, btmi, the matt kurz one, and rager. i'm pretty sure i saw more but again, alcohol does not tend to aid the memory. also, i listened to armalite while waiting on line to get into common grounds, which ironically never happened. assholes!
i hung out with the bomb kids for most of the fest. there was one awkward moment that wasn't directly involving me but still kinda weird, but let's not talk about that. for the most part we all got drunk, smoked cigarettes, and screamed our heads off. d4 was fan-fucking-tastic. paddy is one of the greatest, fucking funniest human beings alive.
i can't even begin to get my head wrapped around how good the fest was. just know i'm already planning my trip for next year.
