Day 2
Avoided caffeine and do not feel wired.
Started writing a term paper and didn't procrastinate even a little bit. Wrote 8 pages, one page left and then clean up time. Might add another source on sex work. Basically worked for 5 hours without stopping or checking out. That is possibly suggestive of a shift in behavior.
