Whenever you have a character who is cutting, or harming themselves in any way you need to put up a trigger warning. Don't get me wrong, I'm always happy when people toss that into their stories because its something I can relate to and I like seeing how characters work it out and their reasons.
However, as a personal example, its a good thing that I read this on a good day, even if it isn't graphic because people who cut or self mutilate in other ways can be triggered by even the mention of it. I don't like to sound preachy but this is something I feel strongly about, especially because it can be resolved by a simple: "WARNING: There is material that may be TRIGGERING for some readers." You don't have to give away any plot, but it's dangerous to not have the warning.
Anyway, keep up the good work, I'm loving the story, and I can't wait for the Pezberry to come out of the woodwork. I love how you had Brittany compare Santana's cutting to Rachel's singing.

I'm able to deal with it quite well I think but I still worry about some of the people on here who may not be so familiar with their triggers and how to shut themselves off before doing anything stupid, especially some of the younger readers, which is why I mentioned the warning.
I'm glad my reviews are helpful, and if ya need help with something just hit me up here on lj and I'll see what I can do, I love helping people with their work.
Keep 'em coming, I wanna see some Pezberry up in this shit! =P
