(no subject)
I am almost a real cyclist now -- I bought a fancy road bike from REI and a fancy cycling computer for it so I can track my cadence, mph, etc. Now, all I need to do is start riding ;) I'm keeping my eyes out for a mag trainer so I can set it up in my TV room and cycle for a few hours while watching a movie or playing wii. I'm going to have to get used to having my breaks/shifters on the front curl of my handlebars, having skinnnny tires and having to remember to lock on my brakes after I put on my wheels. That's another thing a trainer would be good for - I can practice so I don't look like a total idiot the first time I ride around the block.
What else..
Today's the last day of work until Jan 2nd.
Heading to Medford tonight for the weekend.
Hopefully lots of fun and hanging out next week.
Saw Sweeny Todd, it was good. I still need to see Juno before I hear anything about it. That might be a good one to see next week.
Excited for Christmas.
