Holy cow...what a time it's been...have I got news for everyone. And it's shocking!
* My back - turns out I have a herniated disk, which is causing the rest of my disks to bulge. If you ask me, it sounds dirty, but it's not. I am being referred to a pain clinic to help ease the pain, which will in turn ease the stress which will then help heal the disks. As there is no nerve blockage or damage, surgery is not required. Say a quick prayer of thanks for that!
* Oh my gosh, I'm getting married!!!!!!!! Yes, it is true, I am getting married. Remember the WELS pastor I was telling you about? The one with the moose sweater? I know it seems sudden, and believe me, I was skeptical about it at first, but now it's just second nature. We're getting married August 14th, so that we're not pulling Jacob out of school in the middle of the year. I am so excited. We're honeymooning in Nova Scotia, and then it's onto Detroit, where Matt lives. What a big change! Sometimes I have to pinch myself to make sure I'm not dreaming!
Well, I think those are the big things for now...I'll check back in periodically, when I'm not making wedding plans!
