Oh my God, Tezza! Let's not think that way, because you don't know what's wrong yet. I understand those are some of the symptoms, and I understand it's making it worse if people sit around and gush and try to make you feel better, because let's be honest no matter what anyone says right now, it's not going to make you feel better.
