Hummy Hummm
1. Oh poetry, I am teh suck at you. Haikus are so much easier when the last line is always 'refrigerator.'
2. I am finally FINALLY over whatever illness has been plaguing me the past two weeks. Now I have to catch up on all my subjects. Shoot me in the face. I have a lot a lot a lot to do. In hindsight, I blame my lengthy sickness on the fact that I didn't follow my sick tradition. What is my sick tradition? Very simple. I hole up in my room with Ginger Ale and chicken noodle soup and watch A&E's version of Pride and Prejudice. It's a mammoth movie/miniseries/whatever, and at the end I always feel uplifted even if my sneezing still rattles my brains. Why did I not just do this? It has combated every other illness I've had efficiently. Now I feel like Ella's mom from Ella Enchanted (yes, I'm going there) when she didn't eat the hair in her soup. Except thankfully my illness wasn't mortal. But yeah, now I'm not feeling delirious, unable to concentrate, nor like I'm going through menopause (note: do not make fun of Mommy and Mimi anymore. About menopause. Other areas still game).
3. Today was the first time I went on House Unity chat. Because it's the first time I could figure AIM chatrooms out. Both the box AND the other box have to say House Unity for it to work. Yeah, a little sad how long that took me to figure out. Now I just have to get Claw Chat set up... *rubs hands together*
4. Realized today after spotting my calendar that I have 7 weeks until France. FREAK OUT! I need my visa hardcore. Also a place to store all my stuff, friends who want to put me up in other countries when I come a-knockin' and Skype for me and my family so we can chat. Oh gosh. One thing at a time.
5. Obligatory Glee point: ARTIE EPISODE!! Except there was still more time made for other people than Artie. Not cool. But Burt Hummel and Brittany are my new favorites, and Sue is still supreme ruler of my heart. So glad the hiatus is over and can't wait for next week!
