Fudgefest 2005
I go to Borough Market nearly every Friday.
For the past few weeks I have been buying fudge from the Burnt Sugar Company. I love the Chilli Chocolate which doesn't immediately taste of chilli, but after two minutes produces a nice tingle on your tongue. The guy at the stall, who I think is one of the owners, said that it is a divisive flavor. Well, everyone in my office likes it.
