FIGHTING CAPABILITIES: Not sure how relevant this is in Splendor, but I did mention this in his app. He's proficient with most traditional weapons and has fought in many wars.

MEDICAL/PHYSICAL INFO: He is surprisingly healthy, but after demilitarizing after WW1, he's a little out of shape. But he's trying to get stronger!
ROMANCE/RELATIONSHIPS: For romantic relationships, ask first and plot with me. France isn't really the settling type and will probably not return deep feelings for most characters. That said, anyone is free to crush on him.
