I am so fucking dumb sometimes

What did I end up doing?
I haven't heard anything from anybody about this. As of the 7th of this month, they would have the wrong phone number on file, if this is still on file. They will still have the correct address, however, along with the address and phone number of my parents, which for some reason the officer needed when writing up the ticket.
So I guess I have a court date tomorrow at 8:30am. Good thing class doesn't start until 9:30. I suppose I am lucky in that, if I discovered this one day later, I would, according to the info on the ticket itself, be fined again or have a warrent issued against me.

- I was ticketed in June for riding my bike without a helmet.
- Option A: Go to court on or before September 22nd and pay the $128.75 fine.
- Option B: Attend an information session on September 9th and not pay the fine.

- Remind myself for the following three months that I have to go to an information session on September 23rd.
- Forget about everything until a week ago, when I suddenly remembered that I have to go to an information session on September 23rd.
- Realize five minutes ago that I missed the information session by almost two weeks.
