another state of the onion address
Things are going fine out this way…
I came out of my two-year relationship…took some time as a single boy…and went back into the world of the committed. We’ve been together for about a month and I’m elated with how things have gone so far. She is a musician, and better than most of the bass players I’ve ever met….that, and the fact that we get along so well has me in the clouds again. She’s very easy to love, and she knows exactly what I want and need.
Carried By Six is still going, although not at full power lately…as I’m still moving the pieces around the board, looking for that perfect mix of talent and heart. If you find the talent, you may not find the heart…if you find the heart, you may not find the talent…and sometimes, even when you find both…the ego will smash you. Very difficult indeed, although…it’s a labor of love for sure…you know I will always share more when It’s available.
Work has been okay…of course, ultimately I would like to go into business for myself as soon as possible. Still working out the details on that one…Not exactly ‘far beyond driven’ these days. Once they get you to plug in…it’s kinda hard to disconnect. Security is nice, but hardly a reason to linger. Note to self: don’t linger.
My new truck is grande…and I’m driving to Oakland for a baseball game this Saturday…yeah, I know…baseball zzzzzzzz….but, these aren’t just any seats…these are quite possibly the best seats you can get…so, anytime I’m drinking, eating, and yelling at people to do better…I’m happy!

that’s about it…boring as it gets I guess. Maybe someday I will return to the ranks of the interesting…in the meantime…
