On March 1 near Montreal, for all those interested...

There may be some slight modifications (especially for the soups), and the order of the dish is still up in the air, but it should go something like this:

Bread
Cabbage salad (cabbage, mustard, honey, wine, caraway)
Pickles and pickled beets
Leek puree (leeks, oil, almonds, water, salt, pepper) AND/OR
Carrot puree (purple carrots - hopefully -, wine, almonds, assorted herbs, violet flowers)
Beef stew (beef, water, salt, shallot, rosemary, thyme and assorted herbs)

Rice with almond milk (rice, salt, water, almonds, sugar)
Deer in pastry (deer, red wine, mint and other herbs, salt, pepper, lard, dough)
Broad beans in beer sauce (broad beans, beer, white wine vinegar, bread, pepper, saffron, caraway)
IF there are two soups, the carrot puree will be served with this group of dishes
Heathen cakes (dough, chicken, bacon, eggs, apples, pepper)

Assorted sweet pies and cakes
