I've missed your music posts so much! I need to brush up on recent releases hardcore, at least for the purpose of name-dropping at parties (which I painfully realized the hard way last night *g*)

This post is freakishly long AND I AM STILL ADDING TO IT. None of these albums will gain you any cred whatsoever if you name-drop them at parties, by the way, quite the opposite. But I'm making my peace with this. XD It's not to say I haven't heard the Vampire Weekend or the Hot Chip or whatever (Luisterpaal is as ever your friend), I just. Don't like them as much as Taylor Swift or Babyshambles. Or Linda Thompson.
