Groundhog Day Greetings
Punxatawney Phil did not see his shadow and is sticking around for an early spring! OK, so that's a little hard to believe with an enormous blizzard covering half the country, including western Pennsylvania. But we've just had a little rain here and are expecting afternoon highs in the 50s, so maybe Phil knew what he was doing after all. Way to go, Phil!
