crap.
I just spent an unbelievable 10 hours playing Samurai Warriors 2, the Japan-based follow-up to the Dynasty Warriors franchise. I have an exam in A DAY. THAT I HAVEN'T EVEN STARTED STUDYING FOR. My mind has the self-preservation instincts of a lemming. 
It was almost worth it though. One of the stages culminated in an all-out smackdown between the ladies of the land (and one very effeminate guy) in order to determine the most beautiful. I fought with the super-cool female ninja (ninjette! Ninjarina?*), but my heart belonged to the little umbrella-wielding lesbian right from the start.
*Yes, yes, I know, 'kunoichi'. Don't mail me.
Meta: Colour me as yet unused to the commenting functions of LJ. Is the prevailing etiquette that I should reply to each comment individually, or what? Doesn't that practically double the number of comments though?
