Things that make me squee fiction wise
1. No secret, but I like it when the girl's in charge of the relationship. However, I don't mean super-in-charge. I mean mostly-equal-but-still-have-the-guy-pretty-laid-back-and-kinda-sappy. Examples from my OTP-ish Things: Elphaba/Fiyero, Mai/Zuko, Garnet/Zidane (This is probably the most equal, but Garnet is Queen Regnant of Alexandria, so there's at least some sort of power over him there, and Zidane probably likes it that way.) and Riza/Roy.
2. I've said it before and I'll say it again... tails. This isn't just in fiction, I love looking at animal tails because they're so expressive (and for some reason, on humanoids, tails are quite the erogenous zone in fiction. My best guess is that if they are relatively mobile all the way through, there must be a bucket of nerves in it.)
3. Love that doesn't need to be said in "I Love You." When you can convince me a pair loves each other without the traditional lovey-dovey things, and have their quirky love moments (Like... Ed getting his head bashed in with a BFW, or Freya and Kain Fratley going off to clear monsters from Burmecia... together...) I go squee!
