It's been a really, really long time since I've posted here. A long time.
I'm not sure if I'll start posting again. I do have a blog at blogspot. Dunno why I can write in there easier. I might start crossposting. Not sure yet, though. I do read my friends page, however, so I am keeping up with all of you out there. Promise I won't quit doing that.
Happy news: I finally went and took my licensing exam. The written part, at least, since you gotta do that first. So I have my instruction license. And in 30 days I can go and get the actual driver's license, but I'll probably wait until Christmas, that way I have some experience under my belt before I just strike out on the road. But I took that first step!! (Four years too late, yes, I know, but still - I did it!).
I miss him. A lot. More than I really have words to explain. But I feel like there's something lacking, some small component that makes everything else work really well. Still me, but some detail is off. Patience and endurance.
