(no subject)
after looking for an aquantince where they work, i turned on my mp3 player, which then switched to bittersweet symphony so i decided to fwalk in one direction until the song was over. i walked down a street i'd never been down and it was hot and sunny. i saw people enjoying their coffees at a snazzy restaurant. i refused to stop at red lights and had to pick up my pace a little to avoid cars. i saw several interesting stores and really wanted to go in but the song wasn't over. I walked past two girls, one of them looked quite distressed and the girl was holding her hand. several streets later, when the song was over, i was in a residential zone, which was kind of a downer because i was hoping that i'd stop in front of a shop and just go in. I decided to turn right and see what i could see. i thought that maybe the houses were built just after world war two. there were wires going right to each house, they were connected by thick electronic spiderwebs. there was a large bush with bunches of purple flowers that i couldn't name, and several unmowed lawns covered with dandilions. i pulled a leaf off a tree and turned right again across the road from an apartment building with a convinience store on the main floor. eventually i got back to where i started and my adventure was paused.
