 so i just scheduled an appointment with comcast to come to our house to check out our internets via TWITTER. how insanely awesome is it that complaining about comcast on twitter can lead to super-fast customer service without dealing with automated recordings?! at least this aspect of comcast's customer service is right. yaaaay damage control.

if you're wondering why i have a twitter, i thought about how useful it would be if i got kidnapped or some shiznit and instead of being the normal person calling 911 i could just text for help. or something like that.
